How We Make a Difference
For many people with physical disabilities, the greatest barrier to a good life is not their condition – it is support that is inconsistent, impersonal or designed around systems rather than real people.
Arriving to unfamiliar faces, unexplained changes in routine or a team that doesn’t genuinely understand your needs can undermine confidence and independence rather than build it.

How We Support
We support people with a wide range of physical disabilities, including those arising from cerebral palsy, spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy and other long-term conditions.
Support is shaped around the individual and may include personal care and mobility assistance, help with daily living tasks and home routines, support to access the community, employment or education, and liaison with occupational therapists, physiotherapists and health professionals.
We work closely with families, rehabilitation teams and local authorities to make sure support is well-planned, joined up and centred around each person’s goals – not just their care requirements.
