Homecare:
Care at home, delivered by people you can trust
Needing a little extra help at home is not always easy to navigate. We are here to make it simpler – with familiar, consistent teams who fit around your life and the people you care about.
People making a difference

Help at home, on your terms
Whether you need a couple of hours a week or support throughout the day, homecare means staying in the place that feels most like you – with a consistent, familiar team who truly get to know you and fit around your life.
You keep your routines, your independence and your surroundings. We work around what matters most to you, whether that is short term help while you recover from an illness or hospital stay, or ongoing support that grows and changes alongside you.
Personal Care
Sensitive, respectful help with all aspects of personal care, delivered by a team who take the time to truly know the people they work with.
Domestic Support
Help with everyday tasks around the home, including cleaning, laundry and meal preparation, so you can focus on the things that matter most.
Getting Out and About
Support with appointments, shopping and community activities, helping people stay connected and confident outside the home.
Night Time and Respite Care
Overnight support and respite sitting services for those who need help through the night or whose families need time to rest and recharge.
Who We Work With
Our homecare service is open to anyone who needs a little extra help at home. We work with people across a range of needs and circumstances, whether support is needed short term or on an ongoing basis.
- People with learning disabilities
- People with autism
- People with complex needs
- People with mental health needs
- Older people and those with long term health conditions
- People recovering from illness or a hospital stay

How it Works
A simple, straightforward process designed to make sure the right support is in place from the very start.
01 – Getting to Know You
We take time to understand what you need, what matters most to you and how support can best fit around your existing routines and daily life.
02 – Building Your Plan
We develop a personal care plan together with you, setting out how, when and where support will be delivered, shaped entirely around your needs and goals.
03 - Starting Support
Support begins at a pace that feels comfortable. Our team will be consistent and familiar from day one, so you always know who to expect and when.
04 - Reviewing and Adapting
We check in regularly to make sure support is still working well. As your needs change, we adapt the plan to make sure it always feels right.
