Supported Employment:
Real jobs, with the right support behind you
Since 1995, we have been helping people with disabilities find work they genuinely enjoy. We start by getting to know each person – what they care about, what they are good at and where they would feel at home.
People making a difference

Work that fits who you are
We believe everyone deserves the chance to find work they genuinely enjoy. We start by getting to know each person properly, matching them to a role that fits their skills, interests and aspirations, then staying alongside them as they settle in and grow in confidence. Support is introduced gradually and stepped back carefully as the person finds their feet and makes the role their own.
Finding the Right Role
We start by getting to know the person – their interests, their skills and what they want from work. We then work to match them to a job they will genuinely enjoy.
Learning on the Job
Our Employment Support Workers break the role down into manageable tasks and set realistic goals, helping the person build the knowledge and skills needed to do the job at their own pace.
Building Independence
As confidence and ability grow, support is gradually withdrawn. The goal is for every person to feel capable, settled and valued in their role without needing us alongside them.
Work Based Activities
For those not yet ready for paid employment, we explore work based activities that build skills, boost confidence and increase the chances of moving into paid work over time.
For anyone who wants to work
You do not have to have worked before or know exactly what you are looking for. We work with people across a range of backgrounds and circumstances, all we need is to get to know you a little.
- People with learning disabilities
- People with autism
- People with complex needs
- People with mental health needs
How it Works
A straightforward, personalised process designed to help each person find the right role and feel confident in it.
01 – Getting to Know You
We take time to understand your interests, your skills and what you are looking for from work. This helps us find opportunities that are genuinely the right fit.
02 – Finding the Right Opportunity
We work with a wide range of employers to find a role that suits the individual. We explore all options, including paid employment and work based activities.
03 - Support on the Job
Our Employment Support Workers are there from day one, breaking the role down into manageable steps and helping build the skills and confidence needed to do the job well.
04 - Growing Into the Role
As skills and confidence grow, support is carefully and gradually reduced. We want every person to feel settled, capable and valued in their role over the long term.
Our Employer Partners
We work in partnership with some of the biggest employers in the country, as well as local community organisations and third sector partners, to create real employment opportunities for the people we support.
